The staff were exceptionally patient during checkout, making the experience smooth despite my family's chaos. I appreciated the lovely waitress who handled our child's mess with grace and no complaint. The view from the Superior 2 Queen room was stunning, allowing us to soak in the beauty of the lake and the surrounding mountains. Additionally, the garden view nearby offered a peaceful spot to relax and unwind.

Dining options within the hotel were somewhat limited.

The kitchen in our split-level apartment was very convenient for family meals, and the free spa access was a lovely bonus after long days of exploring Queenstown.

Although the location is great for scenic views, dining options at the hotel were limited and the restaurant was closed during my stay. All these factors made the price feel unjustified. I would not choose to return given the current state of the hotel, despite those lovely views.

staying at copthorne was fantastic. the location is so convenient, just a short walk to town. the stunning views from our room added to the charm. the staff were super friendly and helpful, making our stay even better. we really enjoyed the spa tub and fitness center, a nice bonus after exploring.

It was just a great fit for a transient visit in Queenstown with excellent value for money. The room service dinner we ordered was surprisingly tasty and generous in portion. If you need a parking spot, make sure to reserve it in advance.
